Maxim Korenyugin has been leading performance excellence initiatives in Europe, Asia and the former Soviet Union for 20 years. His experience covers curriculum development, master black belt training, and executive leader support. He also trains Lean Six Sigma practitioners, engineers, technicians and operators on how to apply process control, problem solving and experimental design methods. He has also developed business games for PE training in major corporations such as Philips, Sberbank and Unilever. Maxim is passionate about process excellence and is focused on making education a priority in international corporations. He holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Moscow and has been a Master Black Belt for 20 years.2.
